Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or for custom-designed orders, processing times may vary.
  • Custom-designed orders have unique processing timelines, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • We strive to use the most economical shipping methods available to keep costs manageable. Some methods may not include tracking. If tracking is available, we will provide it via email when the order ships.

3. Shipping Times

  • Delivery times vary based on shipping method and location. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, especially during peak seasons or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Damage & Return Shipping Costs

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We may require the item to be returned for evaluation before issuing a replacement or store credit.
  • If a return is required, Sage & Hollis will cover return shipping costs in the form of store credit applied to a future order. Direct refunds for return shipping are not provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary exceptions or change-of-mind returns.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.
