1. Refund & Return Policy Overview
At Sage & Hollis, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and return policy is designed to reflect the unique nature of our products: handcrafted seasonal decor, curated vintage items, newly crafted goods, and custom-designed orders. Please read the following carefully:
2. Handcrafted Seasonal Items
- All handcrafted seasonal items (e.g., decorated wreaths, garlands, and trees) are final sale due to their personalized and seasonal nature.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We may require the item to be returned for evaluation before issuing a replacement or store credit.
3. Curated Vintage Items
- Curated vintage items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We take care to describe and photograph all vintage items accurately. Please review descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
- If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for evaluation. We may request the item be returned before offering store credit or a refund.
4. Newly Crafted Non-Custom Items
- Non-custom, newly crafted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Custom-Designed Orders
- Custom-designed orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed, as they are immediately entered into the design and production phase.
- These items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage during shipping.
- If your custom-designed order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We may request a return of the item before issuing a resolution.
6. Shipping Damage & Return Shipping Costs
- If a return is required, Sage & Hollis will cover the return shipping cost in the form of store credit applied to a future order, rather than issuing a direct refund for return shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary exceptions or change-of-mind returns.
7. Discretionary Exceptions
- Sage & Hollis reserves the right to process cancellations, returns, or exchanges outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees, such as restocking fees, may apply.
